Your pup has been eating Holistic Select Puppy formula, about 1/4
- 1/2 cup 3 times a day. I add a little warm water to make a gravy. Please provide fresh drinking water daily. I also have
been giving your pup a NuVet Plus supplement once a day. You can purchase a bottle from me, or purchase them here www.nuvet.com/55409. The pups have been wormed and will be vet checked and given 1st shots on 1/16/12. If you are going to feed something different
that the Holistic Select, let me know and I will give you some to mix with the new food. You can switch your pup to an adult
formula around 8 months of age. I sell the Inukshuk all life stages here, it is a very good dog food that I feed to all my
dogs.
What you need before picking up your pup:
* A Crate ( size Intermediate)
*
Puppy food (Natural or Premium) & treats
* Nuvet Plus supplements NuVet
* An appointment with your vet for 2nd set of shots
(3-4 weeks after the 1st set)
* Choose a trainer (for out-of-towners,
check a few facilities out beforhand. If you are local, check out the classes here & here.)
* Safe chew toys & bones
* Make a list of places you can take your pup to socialize ( socializing starts as early as
8 weeks old)
* Collar & Leash
* Grooming supplies (brushes, nail trimmers, ear care, etc..)
* Natures miracle or other cleaning solution.
